The Challenge
Oot & Aboot Press has a lot going on — books, maps, mail clubs, new products, adventures and plenty of stories to tell.
The website needed to bring all of that together without losing the personality that makes the brand special.
It needed to feel Scottish without being stereotypical, playful without being chaotic, and easy to navigate without feeling too polished.
The Result
A custom Squarespace 7.1 website designed to feel like an extension of the Oot & Aboot world.
Bold typography, playful layouts, illustrated details and plenty of breathing room give the site a distinctive personality, while a clear structure makes it easy to browse products, discover the story behind the brand and sign up for future adventures.
From the wee Scottish castle mail club to the Oot & Aboot adventure books, every part of the site has its own little moment.
